Create a Site Office

    In JAMES you can also create several branches. These are then available in the system and can be assigned rooms, resources and much more.

    Click on System Administration/Organisation/Site.

    The following steps are necessary to create a branch office:
    1. Enter the name of the siteoffice
    2. Select the tenant from the clients already created.
    3. Enter the address
    4. Enter information on how to get there
    5. Select whether and which house rules should be attached to the email
    6. Add a description
    7. Click on Update to save
