Spontaneous visit

Not all visitor events can be recorded in advance. Some guests come spontaneously and without prior registration.
To ensure that a transaction can still be recorded at reception, it can be created in JAMES using the spontaneous visitor function. Only a limited amount of information is stored here. The necessity to record spontaneous guests is primarily to ensure complete documentation of all visitor flows, as well as to be able to quickly list the people on the premises in the event of a special situation (e.g. evacuation).
Input mask for creating a spontaneous visitor

The spontaneous visitor function is primarily used by reception staff. The internal address book or, if available, a document scanner can be used to create the spontaneous visitor.

Mandatory fields are the visitor's surname and first name. In addition, the person visited must be entered. All other fields are optional and can be used as required.
