Our JAMES Outlook plugin essentially only processes the data that is generated in the appointment.
This includes:
- Appointment time
- Subject
- Participant
- Optional: Internal note on the person
- Optional: Instruction required
- Possible resources
- Documents to be attached
When adding a new/additional person, we check in the system whether this person is possibly banned from the premises.
If the appointment is successfully created, the following personal data will be stored in the JAMES system:
- Name
- First name
With reference to the person, the corresponding time of the training is also stored. This is necessary so that a person who is returning does not have to do the training again.
Furthermore, the system records the times of arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) and thus also the presence. This data is important for generating an evacuation list in case of need.
Important note: No data is processed externally at any time. All data always remains under the sovereignty of the customer and the respective IT environment.
