On this page you will find a timeline in which we have illustrated an ordering process for you as an example. This is intended to support you when ordering and to help you find your way around the metaSEC product world.
If you want to place an order, e.g. for a JAMES system, you have to consider a few basic things. First of all, your order should include a physical or virtual applliance, an MZF licence (M, L, XL, etc.) and the JAMES base. You can also order special modules or additional hardware such as kiosk systems, scanners or printers.
After we have received your order, we check it carefully. Is the order coherent, i.e. do the ordered modules match the system size and does the hardware fit the requirements? If all this is the case, your order will be released.
You will then receive a link to our ticket system where you can download the software. If you have also ordered hardware in the form of a server or an appliance from us, it will already be equipped with the respective software.
