In JAMES, the form fields can be customised. You can find this function in the System Manager under "Application->Webapp". In the profile list, the entries have a "Fields" button. The relevant profile for the normal kiosk is "Kiosk v3".
If you click on "Fields" there, all the variable fields available in the app are listed grouped by page and can be edited there.
The fields for the self-check-in are at the bottom because the pages are sorted lexicographically.
First name, last name and host are always mandatory fields and cannot be changed because they are technically required.
Once you have defined all the fields, please click on Save. The changes you have made will be applied and will also be displayed there after the kiosk has been updated. You can update the kiosk by clicking several times on the metaSEC logo in the footer bar.
