1. To check in with a QR code, select "Check in/out via QR code" in the main menu.
2. As soon as this interface appears, the user can hold the QR code in front of the QR code reader to read it. A beep confirms the successful reading process.
3. The data record from JAMES is opened.
4. The driver enters his or her data. The mobile phone number is used for notification via SMS, phone call or voice mail.
5. The next step is to enter the vehicle data.
6. All the required data has been recorded and saved in the system. Clicking on the button "Check in now" completes the process and the visitor is checked in.
7. The "Welcome" screen confirms the completed registration.
