JAMESlook is the plug-in for Microsoft Outlook ® , which enables an invitation created in Outlook ® to be transferred to
JAMES.
This plug-in must first be installed manually. You can find the installation instructions in our Wiki:
If a new appointment is to be created, click on >>new appointment<< in the Outlook calendar menu at the top left.
Alternatively, JAMESlook can also be opened via the icon (top right) in Outlook ®.
As with the appointment creation from the Host Portal, we have two pages to fill in.
The information about the appointment and the information about the participants of the appointment.
If the participants are to be edited afterwards, select >>Edit participants<<.
When all entries have been made, select >>Save and send<<. The appointment is now sent to the guest and entered in your Outlook calendar as well as in the JAMES system.
