You can also book a parking space for your appointment via the app. You can also add another person to your appointment at this point.
Before you complete your registration, you will be shown a summary of your data before you submit your registration in the last step.
EVENTS AFTER THE INVITATION
View of the appointment request that is sent to the host by email after the visitor has registered / requested their appointment via the app. The host must then confirm this. This can be done directly from the email or, in the case of more complex approval requests, via the host portal. All that is needed is a click on the button >>Confirm appointment<< or on >>Cancel appointment<<.
The e-mails contain summarised information about the participant and the appointment, such as address, date, start and end time, and much more. The visitor can follow the status of the requested appointment at any time via a link in the e-mail.
