Dashboard of all appointments. This view can be customised. By default, a tabular overview is loaded with date, time, status, branch, appointment and the invited visitors.
Basically, each user sees only his or her own appointments. However, JAMES can also use hierarchies
of an organisation to control the view of appointments of others.
Example: The team leader can see the appointments of his staff. The head of department can see all the appointments of his
team leaders and their teams, etc.
The status is shown as a colour code in the form of a flag.
The respective statuses can be as follows:
- Green: Appointment released
- Yellow: Appointment still needs to be approved and is being reviewed
- Red: Appointment has been cancelled
Further statuses can be added via customising. Should invited guests submit confirmations up to a
by a certain time before the appointment, this can also be displayed.
This gives the user an efficient overview of his appointments.
The appointment view can also be customised via filters. Further filters can be configured both system-wide and
as well as in the personal context under the settings. By default, appointments for
"Today", "Tomorrow" and "Week" are displayed by default. Appointments can be filtered according to time via a calendar selection.
