The lists must necessarily follow a defined structure. The list as such is in CSV format.
The format for both lists is as follows:
First name;Last name;Date of birth.
All fields are mandatory.
The notation of the birthday date field is YEAR-MONTH-DAY in the format YYYY-MM-DD.
