View My Visitors
This information is not only important for the general overview of external persons, but especially in case of a special situation such as fire and subsequent evacuation. Via "My Visitors", the host receives the status of all his current guests.
Analogous to the appointments, the view can be controlled via organisational specifications. The staff at the reception always see the full overview of all visitors in the Global Desk. To find out more details about an appointment, the tile can be clicked. This takes the user directly to the respective appointment.

Visitor badges can also be printed, visitors notified and visitors checked out here.
Optionally, and with the appropriate approval, the last entry point can also be output when connected to an access control system. This feature may require the approval of the works council as well as the compliance of the respective organisation.
