In JAMES, you can divide visitors into so-called visitor categories. These help to better distinguish between visitors. In this way, certain categories can also be assigned to different workflows.
The following fields are available:
- Name of the visitor category
- Colour of the visitor category
- Workflow at invitation
- Workflow at check-in
- Workflow at check-out
- Description of the visitor category
