Hot Desk

System Manager -> Resource Management -> Hot Desk
Under the >>Hot Desk<< item in the System Manager, you can create desks as resources for the >>Flying Desk<< item found in the Host Portal.
To do this, click on Add Desk and fill out the corresponding mask.

Information on the equipment of the desk can be entered in the description.


Click on Save to create a new desk. This can then be selected when creating an appointment under the item >>Hot Desk<<.
