System Manager -> Resource Manager -> Documents
Under this menu item you will find the document management. Here you can create documents and upload them from your computer, e.g. to be sent with invitation e-mails. Possible file formats are PDF, jpeg and png.
Possible documents can be e.g:
  • Directions
  • Safety instructions
  • House rules

 


Approvals may also be required. To do this, after uploading, check the box Requires approval and then the box Signatures pad or 4 eyes. The system then asks for approval or acknowledgement of the documents sent by e-mail when you check in at the kiosk terminal or reception. Here, the receipt and content of the documents must be confirmed accordingly.
