System Manager → Resource Manager -> Parking Spots
Parking spaces can also be added as resources to appointments. The following fields can be filled in:
- Set the status to active
- Assign a name
- Enter the capacity of the parking space, i.e. how many cars can park there.
- Where is the parking space?
- Enter the address
- What is the nearest door?
- Is it a safe path i.e. is it well lit or even camera monitored?
- Enter the distance to the main entrance
- Is the car park accessible for trucks?
- Enter the location where the car park is situated.
- Enter a description.
